Lois Johnson - Founder | CEO

President and CEO, Lois Johnson was inspired by her Pastor, the late Dr. Rosemary Cosby, to enter into the mortgage banking industry. Lois worked for various mortgage companies
as a loan officer, processor, and underwriter and assisted in establishing a branch office of AmeriStar Financial in Salt Lake City.
After working in the mortgage industry, and experiencing far too many unnecessary obstacles in the loan approval process, Lois made a conscious decision to establish United Security Financial (USF). USF was
established with the intent to eliminate unnecessary obstacles and grant loans to all qualified applicants. Lois became the first and only FNMA and GNMA woman, minority mortgage broker.
